Leo was an amazing individual, always in a great mood, he had the best stories, always ready to make us laugh and most important he was a dedicated family man that loved his wife and 3 girls.

We developed a special bond after all these years working for Transport Canada, he was so patient and so professional, everybody liked Leo, clients and co-workers, how could you not like this guy?

We are still in shock and we hope that this is just a bad dream, and we will wake up soon.

My heart goes to both families, the 3 girls (Serah, Jessica, and Isabella) and everyone that was touched at one point in their life by this special man.

We will never forget you Leo!

Context: I have a treeview control and a listview control of the same size on top of each other on a form, and depending on the request either the treeview is visible or vice-versa.

The first time the Listview is populated with some xml data, the checkboxes are all visible in the first column, when I flip back to my treeview control and revert back to the listview, all the checkboxes are gone!!!

I tried everything and the weird part is that I am not re-populating the content of my listview but simply setting visible = True or False.

That is the problem, as soon as you play with the visibility of the Listview (that contains checkboxes) than the next time the checkboxes will disappear on you, so I opted to always leave my listview visible but instead decided to set my treeview.visible = False or True.

Every cells in my 1st column of my html table are set to Hyperlinks.When I get to row 12 to 16 (depends how high the rows are, word wrapping or not) than the cursor changes from the Hand Cursor to the Arrow Cursor and it makes the cell (hyperlink) un-selectable. I have searched long to find a solution, until one day my computer crashed and I was given Visual Studio 2008 instead of Visual Studio 2005, and when I looked at the .aspx page in design mode, I noticed that my table was inside a Panel and the grid would grow past the bottom of the Panel, and the bottom line of the panel was actually superposed over my table row, therefore making the row un-selectable. I took the grid out of the panel and now every single Hyperlink cells are selectable.

I want to read a single node from an XML file using the MSXML object – I can do this with the code below in Debug Mode but once I run the code, I get an error if I continue the code works. The error message is Method ‘Item; of object ‘IXMLDOMSelection’ Failed.

Solution: After much searching, I included the line DOM.async = False – this waits until the document is complete before trying to query it after
